Initial Visit

On your initial visit, please be prepared to share your medical history with our physicans. This will include any medical conditions you have or may have had in the past, surgical history, any medications (prescription or over-the-counter) you are currently taking (include name, dosage, and frequency), and any allergies you have to medications or foods.

Insurance

Since we are a specialist, your insurance carrier may require a referral from your primary care physician to be seen in our office. Please bring your insurance card since a copy will be made at the time of your visit.

We participate with most insurance plans. Below are some of the insurances accepted in our office. If your insurance plan is not listed here, or if you have any questions about billing, please contact our office at the number listed below.

Hospital Affiliations

Our physicians are on staff at Martha Jefferson Hospital, and are also affiliated with Piedmont Stone Center which provides mobile lithotripsy service.

Louisa Medical Center Appointments

Approximately once a month, we see patients at the Louisa Medical Center in Louisa, VA. Appointments are made by calling the Louisa Medical Center at 540.967.0320.
